Residential Support Program (RES)

Find a safe, welcoming environment through our Residential Support Program. We provide 24/7 care and highly personalized treatment plans designed to guide you through every stage of your recovery journey.

To ensure a focused start to recovery, all incoming residents participate in an initial 30-day blackout period. Our residential care is structured across three specialized levels:

Level 1: Supportive Housing

Stable housing is the foundation of lasting recovery, especially for individuals navigating mental health challenges, trauma, or substance use. When health barriers make independent living difficult, supportive housing combines affordable living spaces with coordinated care to prevent chronic health crises and emergency room visits.

  • Affordable Rent Pricing: While standard programs charge up to 30% of a client’s income, we only charge 20%, which frequently includes essential groceries and household supplies.

  • Housing-Focused Support: We help residents learn how to manage rent, understand their rights and responsibilities as tenants, and build strong relationships with landlords to maintain long-term stability.

  • Active Treatment Participation: To foster independence, residents collaborate with licensed and non-licensed specialists on a client-centered treatment plan. Active participation is a requirement for housing.

  • Multi-Disciplinary Care: A dedicated team of doctors, nurses, case managers, and substance use specialists helps residents manage physical and mental health, apply for benefits (like Social Security), and secure employment.

  • Community Integration: Residents live independently in single-family homes or apartments within standard neighborhoods, enjoying full access to public transit, grocery stores, and parks. Services are conveniently delivered right to their home or a preferred community location.

Level 2: Low-Intensity Residential Treatment (ASAM Level 3.1)

This structured setting is designed for individuals who have completed detox and require a supportive environment to maintain sobriety and rebuild daily habits.

  • 24/7 residential structure and supervision.

  • A minimum of 5 hours of clinical services weekly.

  • In-house meetings and counseling focused on relearning vital life skills.

  • Scheduled access to off-campus clinical, vocational, and educational activities.

Level 3: Medium-Intensity Residential Treatment (ASAM Level 3.3)

This clinically managed, 24-hour treatment setting is designed for individuals who benefit from a more intensive, deliberate approach to care. Beyond detox, residents focus on building the practical tools needed to navigate life’s challenges without substances.

  • 24/7 clinically managed support and monitoring.

  • Daily, intensive individual and group therapy sessions.

  • Comprehensive case management to coordinate housing, job placement, and transportation.

  • Specialized, high-touch interventions tailored to complex recovery needs.
